Construction

• Entire unit is made with 18 oz Seaman’s Playrite vinyl.(SEAMAN”S LOGO?)
• Internal baffles are the same 18 oz material. No light duty mesh or nylon
• All bump seams and internal baffles are sewn with 6 stitch lines
• Industrial strength size #277 UV bonded thread used throughout the unit.
• Jumping surface seams are welded reinforced to 36 oz vinyl at each seam
• Welded Reinforced at all wear points:
  • All jumping surface bumps and strips
  • Vertical tube transitions
  • Front door panels
  • Front door base connection
  • Front Ramp and connection
  • Fill tube
